This Privacy Policy explains how 10xSearch (“10xSearch”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the 10xSearchData service available at 10xsearchdata.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Who we are
10xSearch operates 10xSearchData, an AI-citation visibility and attribution platform. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@10xsearchdata.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you are invited to and join a workspace we store your email address and your role within that workspace.
- Workspace content. Data you or your team add to a workspace — tracked domains, scan queries, competitors, experiments, estimated-media-value models, branded-search baselines, Google Business Profile snapshots, and notes.
- Call-tracking data. Where call tracking is enabled for your workspace, we process metadata about inbound calls to tracked numbers — the calling number, time, duration, and outcome. We do not record call audio.
- AI-citation and visitor data. Records of when AI answer engines and their crawlers cite or visit tracked websites, and aggregate visit information.
- Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers; we store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and security and usage information generated when you use the Service.
- Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service;
- To authenticate users and protect accounts, including optional two-factor authentication;
- To generate the visibility, attribution, and modeling reports that are the purpose of the Service;
- To send transactional messages such as workspace invitations and billing notifications;
- To respond to support requests; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf solely to provide the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage;
- Vercel — application hosting;
- Cloudflare — edge network and request processing;
- Resend — transactional email;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
- Twilio — call-tracking telephony, where enabled;
- AI and search providers — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, and xAI — which we query to measure how tracked brands appear in AI answers. We send these providers search-style queries; we do not send them your account credentials or payment data.
Data retention
We retain workspace and account data for as long as the workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level database isolation between workspaces, scoped access controls, and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@10xsearchdata.com; we will respond as required by applicable law. Your workspace administrator may also be able to update or remove your information.
International users
The Service is operated from the United States and information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
